Do you feel like you have tried ALOT of different things to help teachers get better in the classroom but you still feel like an ineffective coach or principal?

Coaching Cycles got you down?

Do you feel like you are missing some steps when it comes to helping teachers in the classroom?

You applied for the job, completed the interview and YOU ARE THE COACH...

Do you feel stuck on what to do next?

If you answered YES to any of these questions...

You are in the right place!

I understand that the #teachercoachpartnership is HARD.

Many teachers don't understand your role.

They are fearful that you will be the tattletale of what they don't know or they don't want to let you in because they have been doing things the same way for years and years and change is hard.

Let's face it... the demands and expectations on classroom teachers keep rising and many don't know how to deal with it all and YOU "the coach" is just another thing added to the list.

This can create a rough road for you to travel as an instructional coach.

That’s why I’m here to offer the GPS as you travel the road ahead.

As you search for what to do next, I want to introduce to you...

Hey there #teachercoachfriend!

I'm Nicole, most people call me Nikki. I have a deep passion for helping educators.

I have spent 10+ years in the field of education and have held several roles.  I have taught grades Kinder, 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th, 5th/6th Reading only and High School Special Education.

In addition, I have served as Lead Teacher, Differentiated Accountability Coach, Instructional Coach at the building and district levels, Assistant Principal, Dean of Students and a School Improvement and Turnaround Specialist for the Indiana Department of Education.

My current and favorite role is serving teachers and students in the capacity of an Instructional Coach and a member of the 1st cohort of Opportunity Culture Multiple Classroom Leaders (Public Impact) for the State of Indiana for grades 7-12. I will spend my Fall, Spring and Summer Breaks training teachers across the country.

After serving in these different capacities, I was able to work with teachers to grow from good to great and that’s why I started Educator's Caravan.

Course Q & A

Q: Who is this course for?

A: This program is for ALL Aspiring Instructional Coaches, New and Current Instructional Coaches and All Administrators who work with teachers (Principals, Assistant Principals and Academic Deans)

**Instructional Coaches can be Data, Behavior, Curriculum, Literacy, Math, Academic etc... As long as you coach teachers this is for you!

Q: What do you mean by Lifetime Access?

A: The course is hosted in the Educator's Academy. I have no intentions of closing the academy and you’ll have access for the lifetime of the academy. Not only that, but if you buy now, you won’t have to pay if the price increases in the future. You’ll have access to ANY and ALL future bonuses and lessons, at the price you pay today.

Q: What's the refund policy?

A: You may request a refund up until the day before the first day of class. May 12, 2018 will be the last day to request a refund. After class has started and due to the digital nature of this product, I cannot offer a refund since you cannot un-see all of the awesomeness that this course entails once the course begins. If you're not satisfied please contact me. I would love to here your feedback.

Q: What is the cost of the entire program?

A: The full price cost of the Group Coaching + Modules is $197.  As a founding member you can get access to the full course at the price of $67 for a limited time.

Q: Why are you only selling 25 seats?

A: I wanted to make sure that I can hear your feedback to make improvements to the course and add anything that you might want or need.  Having more than 25 people would not allow for us to have a small family style group where we help each other along the way.

Q: How much time will the course take?

A: Each Core Focus contains several 15-60 minute videos, worksheets and Note-Taking guides.  You will have 2 weeks to watch the videos and review the guides before we discuss.  However, life happens and things get in the way... No worries about that... You have lifetime access to the videos so you can spend as much time as you need watching and reviewing over and over again.

Q: How will I get access to the course?

A: On the Friday before the class begins, you will receive a welcome email with a link and directions on how to access the course. The course will be hosted on a member's only platform.

Q: Can I reteach or share what I learned?

A: When you purchase the course you are only purchasing ONE license. While in the field of education, we love to share our knowledge but know that it is illegal to share this course with anyone who has not purchased a license.  Also, I would like for you to respect the time and effort that I put in this course to make it worth it for you.  You have spent your hard earned money, don't give your access away.

Q: Will I get access to all of the course information at once?

A: No.  Remember earlier I said we will do things in bite-size pieces.  Here it is... You will get access to new modules every 2 weeks.  The way things are set up for you to access 1 module at a time and use the 2 weeks and coaching calls to work through that module before moving on. At the end of the course you will have access to all of the modules.

Q: What are the coaching sessions like?

A: On the weeks when no modules are released we will have a scheduled coaching call. You can send in questions you want answered.  I will also have an overview training from the module to present and discuss.  These calls will be live and recorded.  If you miss the call live you will have access to the recording.

Q: What if I have a question that you haven't answered yet?

A: Feel Free to contact me at
